Try boxing... I used to box with a punching bag when I was in high school and I got seriously ripped... and it doesnt have to be a real punching bag.... it could be just a canvas bag stuffed tightly with blankets and whatnot
Another thing you could try is running/jogging everyday for a good amount of distance and doing situps... my boyfriend had abs when he did cross country in high school

You can do sit-ups, crunches and curls without a workout machine. Get a copy of a fitness magazine that has a good abdominal workout routine that you like. A good one will have 3 stages (one for beginners, an intermediate one, and one for experts) so you can just build your way up, and the only thing you'll ever have to buy is that magazine. Just get a towel or a blanket, some pillows, and sit down in the floor. Hard abs are as good as yours!

Check out the slim in 6 videos. That chick will work you and you dont need a machine. Crunchs of all kinds and pilates are great for your abs.
