can you please help me with telling me exersices

The name of the exercise i did was called 90 Degrees, 45 Degrees and 2 Inches. basically for 90 put your legs straight in the air for 30 secs. then do the same for 45 and 2 ( for 2 do it for a minute). Another one is just simply six in. Where you lie on your back and lift your legs as well as your head and look at you legs. Best of luck!

When I was in the military, I was always told that how far away your feet are from you butt when you do a sit-up affects different stomach muscles. If you do your sit-ups with your feet as close as possible to your butt you should work those muscles more. Also, if you go to the gym there is a machine that you step up to and put your back against. Your arms will be bent at a 90 degree angle and you will have bars to hold on to. With this machine your legs will hang and you bring them up to work your stomach muscles. You can lift your legs straight out or bend your knees and bring your legs up. You can also twist a little and bring them up one side at a time. Hope this helps.

You got to get some how upside down and do sit-ups. Thats the best way because it is a full ab work-out

get surgery! na top abs are due to core movements eg sit-ups or crunchies so do opposing exercises.. but in my opinion being a girl and all 4 looks better than six cos then it slopes nicely downwards towards..............

depends on how old u are bcuz ur body might not be fully developed yet

and make sure u run a lot and have minimum body fat and do loads of crunches and things lots of variations of them too
