repeatedly I hear the 1st amendment being questioned

I am an American ( not a hyphnetated American, just a plain old American, that loves my Country to the death). It's 1:30 and I am WIDE AWAKE. It's been this way for a few months now, actually, not being able to sleep until 3:00 or so, and then waking up late. I like being a morning person, but my sleep schedule is so messed up. I know this is a common problem, so anyone have any suggestions?

I recently started talking to an old friend of mine after not talking for 2 years. We have been intimate once before, but on the DL. Now that he has been single for a few months, and me for 2 years, we are about to start a friends with benefits thing. I am not ready for a relationship, I was in one for 8 years with the first person I was ever with. Now I'm ready to explore. I'm wanting to get one of the Apple TV's for my family. I really think that each member of my family would get a lotof use out of it. The only problem is the price. I know its only $299 but thats still a lot for us. There are sites out there where you can get them for free, but I am always a little skeptical of places i'm not familiar with. i have had this experience and am 6 years into it right now. the relationship isn't perfect but, i find i love him more and more with each contact. i fully believe that my extent of love for this man will continue to grow and reach newer depths with each interaction. can this really be? i have never admired and really 'liked' anyone this much. it is like everything i thought i saw in him at that first sighting is being realized and proves continually satisfying, as though the revealing of each new detail of his life is only verification of what i already knew was. - so, so heartwarming and re-assuring! can it really last and be so easy? my other relationships were full of hurt, disappointment and strife.

i want to get the most out of green tea and i have a ton of questions. if the tea leaves are edible do they need to be brewed? can brewed green tea be kept bottled? does it lose any effects with time? is green tea extract better than the tea itself?

My only symptoms are urinating often, and my vision is blurred only a little... I'm really scared at the possibility to be honest, but I'm just wondering, do these symptoms mean that I definitly have diabetes?

So 15 British Navy sailors managed to get themselves nabbed by the Iranians on the tenuous grounds they strayed into their waters, ostensibly, because said British sailors can't read their maps & GPS etc., even though there's a mother ship lurking about somewhere directing it all!

Yeah right!

Now If it had been a bunch of marines from the Kindergarten Continent who'd gone wandering where they shouldn't, I'd be more inclined to believe it. Their trigger happy military personnel afterall like straffing our soldiers on the ground & from the air, so who knows? If it had been american sailors, it could well have been incompetence or them just nosing about on a reconnoiter for when they get the OK from the UN to start dropping their nice expensive laser guided bunker buster bombs on that country too!

Isn't taking these sailors just an 'up-the-anti' ploy - with the naughty Iranians striving to go 'nuclear', probably being 'in bed' with various arms dealers wanting to get richer?
