Okay for some reason my posts are posting right and just that one got through...as for my original question:

I am 36 wks and 3 days, i'm feeling shooting kind of uterin or crotch like pains (not sure how to describe it) they feel like they move downward, Not really accompanied by muscle contractions as far i can tell, but i have a couple of those in the last few days. It is not unbearable but certainly growing uncomfortable. Did anybody who has already delivered experience this same thing, and is it definatly a complication or a sign of early labor? I've heard you should stay at home as long as u can if u think ur going into labor due to false labor and stuff like that. Am i going early or do i just need to grin and bare it??

My boyfriend seems to think he has found me on a messaging site, it could be an old old one. He's not happy. Apart from the obvious bebo, myspace, wayn, hi5 accounts what else could there be? I'm trying to find myself on the net.

Sometimes I ask questions.....and I had answers completely irrelevant to the point, things I never said or even imply. And yet somehow, some people twisted enough of my words and how I say it and claims I'm attacking them, I'm an atheist, I'm a troll, or whatever,


Sometimes I'd find an interesting Bible verse, though odd, I feel that it's out of context. So I just copy paste, then ask "Hey could anyone give a proper intrepretation of this verse?"

One person said I was an evil Godless atheist whose ancestors are monkeys.

Yep. Assumptions are great, isn't it?

So why do people assume?

To sum it up, 31 y/o woman who seems well put together at first glance with career, finances, etc... interested in dating me. Yet all her friends are early/mid twenties, drunk and permiscuous, have already seen numerous pictures of her with them at the bars. The reason this is a concern to me is I am 34 y/o single dad (full time, not every other weekend) of a 3 y/o who comes before anyone, and I do not want any kind of chaos or drunk idiots around him. Just looking for opionions here. I must be hooked on yahoo answers cause normally I'd just go chill on my balcony and contemplate this for an hour by myself =P Oh, one more thing, I don't drink anymore...a .54 BAC and a trip to the hospital 6 years ago will cure you of that real quick.

Golfing Nun


A nun walks into Mother Superior's office and plunks down into a chair.
She lets out a sigh heavy with frustration.
"What troubles you, Sister?" asks the Mother Superior. "I thought this was the day you spent with your family."
"It was," sighed the Sister. "And I went to play golf with mybrother.
We try to play golf as often as we can. You know I was quite a talented golfer before I devoted my life to Christ."
"I seem to recall that," the Mother Superior agreed. "So I take it your day of recreation was not relaxing?"
"Far from it," snorted the Sister. "In fact, I even took the Lord's name in vain today!"
"Goodness, Sister!" gasped the Mother Superior, astonished. "You must tell me all about it!"
"Well, we were on the fifth tee...and this hole is a monster,Mother 540 yard Par 5, with a nasty dogleg left and a hidden green...and I hit the drive of my life. I creamed it. The sweetest swing I ever made. And it's flying straight and true, right along the line I
wanted...and it hits a bird in mid-flight not 100 yards off the tee!"
"Oh my!" commiserated the Mother. "How unfortunate! But surely that didn't make you blaspheme, Sister!"
"No, that wasn't it," admitted Sister. "While I was still trying to fathom what had happened, this squirrel runs out of the woods, grabs my ball and runs off down the fairway!"
"Oh, that would have made me blaspheme!" sympathized Mother.
"But I didn't, Mother Superior!" sobbed the Sister. "And I was so proud of myself And while I was pondering whether this was a sign from God, this hawk swoops out of the sky and grabs the squirrel and flies off, with my ball still clutched in his paws!"
"So that's when you cursed," said the Mother with a knowing smile.
"Nope, that wasn't it either," cried the Sister, anguished,"because as the hawk started to fly out of sight, the squirrel started struggling, and the hawk dropped him right there on the green, and the ball popped out of his paws and rolled to about 18 inches from the cup!"

Mother Superior sat back in her chair, folded her arms across her chest, fixed the Sister with a baleful stare and said...



"You missed the f**king putt, didn't you?"

So for about five years I had a good friend who was younger then me. I am an only child and over time I came to really care about this person as my own family and he was a brother to me. We seemed to fight all the time as the years went on and as he grew up and so did I all that seemed to happen was frustration and irritation. Now of course it is never a good situation to be in; I guess I just cared about him alot and tried to be protective...which led to pushing us apart, stupid things said and ignoring the phone calls. Its been a year and for some reason I cant shake not only my guilt and stupidity; but also the fact I never got to say I am sorry. Of course I also miss him as well and wished our friendship worked out. I am having trouble focusing sometimes and I can get a bit depressed over it still from time to time. Any thoughts people?

Say if you are at work and you help somebody beyond the norm, and they offer you a tip. If you refuse it, but they insist you take it, but you still refuse it, Is that considered rude or insulting to the person giving the tip?

I'm not going to refer to the gender of the person just for the sake of anonymity.

Ok, I am in a group of friends who all used to hang out together all the time. We had really good times and everything, there were no problems. Well one of the friends of the group got a new job, and he/she works a lot. So at first we all understood him/her not being around much anymore.

Well days went by, weeks went by, and now almost two months have gone by and we only talk to him/her once a week if that through text-messages. Its a part-time job, so its obvious that the person doesn't work every single day, nor work more than a 8 hour shift.

So he/she must be doing other things with his/her time. But he/she just says "i work" or "I'm busy" or some other way to brush us off. And we know he/she is spending time with "new friends".

**SO** my question is, do I have the right to be mad at this person (which i am)? And I already confronted them about it, was that the right thing to do? Thanks

I have recently been contacted online by a former classmate letting me know about the upcoming reunion. A lot of people on the website from high school have posted life updates (for the past 10 years) and people are excited, etc. I read a couple of updates about people that mattered a little. But I kind of could care less about going to the reunion. I mean, if I were your friend, or if I cared, I would have kept in touch with you. Wouldn't I? Why do we go to these things? And then what? You see each other, you meet the kids, you exchange #s, you dont' see each other again for another 10 years....?
