So which is it? Does my statutory right to put up a satellite dish on any wall of my own property as set out in the Tenements (Scotland) Act allow me to ignore this condition in the deeds or would I be subject to breach of the term even though I have the statutory right. I thought that an Act of Parliament is the highest law of the land in the UK and by that reasoning a statutory right is the highest right you can have. Am I correct?

I have a good sized boat and have a stereo in the main cabin but would like to have extension speakers in the pilothouse. Wiring this kind of thing is very expensive on a boat. Is there such a thing as wireless speakers that might work? I only need small speakers and they dont have to be high power.

I am having difficulty finding a " formal proof" that GP does converge to a global maximum. I know that for Genetic Algorithm there is the Schema Theorem .Since GP represent individuals as trees , I dont see how the proof for GA can be applied to GP

Okay I know that you either love him or hate him but I think it's a legitimate question. I mean...wow. 4 games of 50+ points??? They both had good supporting teams when they won their championships so you can't make the argument that Kobe had Shaq cuz MJ had Pippen. And you can't let the off the court stuff sway you either. MJ had to have cheated on his wife too by the way..he divorced his wife, and he gambles like crazy. So all that aside....just straight up Kobe is just as good if not better than MJ imo.

Do you recycle, reuse and try to be as 'green' as possible? Or do you just get on with everyday life and not bother where your rubbish ends up? Do you litter? Chuck things out of your car? Try to walk rather than use the car? I try to be as 'green' as possible but I just wonder what the general consensus is on this and whether people are that bothered.
