Do you recycle, reuse and try to be as 'green' as possible? Or do you just get on with everyday life and not bother where your rubbish ends up? Do you litter? Chuck things out of your car? Try to walk rather than use the car? I try to be as 'green' as possible but I just wonder what the general consensus is on this and whether people are that bothered. This is not to judge, merely for curiosity.

I recycle absolutely everything. I teach my kids not to drop letter and I use low watt light bulbs. I think we all have a duty to do what we can

I am worried to an extent. My council collects recycled goods every week, and myself and my mum put recyclable products in our orange bag. I constantly nag my mum to turn the kitchen or bathroom lights off when she's not in the room and I haven't got a car (though that's mainly cos I can't afford one and don't know how to drive).

But the constant media focus on global warming/climate change is really getting on my nerves. I've become kinda immune to it all now and rather fed up about it. Especially all this talk on green taxes and the like, I honestly believe it's just to rip people off rather than to actually save the world. And as for David Cameron....am I mistaken or is he for the Tories or Green party?

I dont drop litter and recycle as much as possible but if the recycling bins werent provided for me, I wouldnt bother.
I also run my car shamelessly.
The truth, i am ashamed to admit is that I dont really care because I will be dead before the real problems start and it wont matter to me by then.

Yes - I care and I do bother with helping to keep the environment cleaner.

If people did chuck things out of car windows and litter the streets - I guess they prefer to walk through garbage everyday, and share their town with more cockroaches and rats.

Yes I am, of course, but I also think there are more important things to worry about! And for the Government to focus on. Like the state of the NHS, Education Poverty - that is the real legacy for our children!

I'm worried, tho I wish scientists were less divisive about the reality of global warming.
