well for one,, dont be shy.. and dont be afraid to take chances. most guys are afraid of being rejected but its all part of the game. maybe today she'll decline but she'll definitely say yes tomorrow. Some girls like testing other guys, so be sure you're up for the test. Just make it a little casual, dont be too uptight and too rehearsed hehehe.. make it quick, straight forward and casual. just ask.. would you like to go out with me this saturday? or next saturday? or the week after that? hehehe

find out one of her traits that someone else wouldnt have noticed,like her sense of homour,that scent that reminds you of your childhood,or the sarcasm and tell her youd like to learn more about that on a date.might owrk,did fopr me.many times.coming on strong and foreard might scare her or make her want to take a rain check.go figure.

just say to her:
"when are you gonna ask me out"
if she is fun, she will answer:
"i thought you would never ask"
and thats just a fun and easy way of saying yes.
