co-worker roomed with a Korean-he would bring a dish from home he called sweet beef. What is it?

It was meat sliced thin and about 3 inches long. It was dark in color, without any fat at all and tasted sweet.

I don't know what to do..very self conciouse..????PLZ HELP!?

I sometimes wish that I had a boyfriend...Ive only had one so far..and I just turned 17 not long ago...I have a problem tho..I HATE MY BODY...I know everyone says they do..but me, I am only like 95 pounds, 5 foot-close to 5 foot 1, I am pretty I think, I have some acne scars on my back which I really hate although most people do have them...I just hate the size I am and I hate being short...Im very tiney...I have been trying to change things about myself that I don't like and I just fail so I feel very bad about myself all the time and am constantly comparing myself to others...People say just be happy with who you are, but thats so impossible as I have tried and just can't be happy with myself..what can I do???My mom says I am perfect just the way I am and am still growing taller and can get alot of boys if I wanted..I don't know tho... I am just very self conciouse...What can I do...???? I hate looking more like a 14 year old :(

Do Community Colleges have classes in acting that transfer to another College/university?

I'm the type of person who doesn’t really know what to study in college and is not sure of what career to choose. Well, I’m thinking about taking some acting classes at a Community College and then transferring to another College with the credit from the acting classes’ from a Community College. Is this possible? And do other colleges have internships or whatever for acting? What types are there?

Greasy hair..?

I'm going away camping with my friends and we're all typically worried about our hair going really nasty and greasy. We are going from a thursday to a monday and there won't really be any access to showers. So is there anything that anyone could possibly recommend to basically prevent greasy hair that we might be able to take with us?

My sister thinks she killed her parents. help!!?

my adopted step sister (i just call her my sister), Emma, is 11. when she was almost 8, her house burned down, killing her parents and baby brother. now 3 years later she's doing better, but still has some problems. she still cries herself to sleep every night, even though she's fine during the day. and sometimes in the middle of the night, she'll wake up screaming
"No!!!", kicking and sweating like crazy. either me, one of my other sisters (age 14 and 15) or my mom will hold her and rock her back to sleep when that happens (used to be every night, now only once a week). in the morning, she has no memory of her nightmares. during the day she's fine, but is scared of fire, won't go near the stove or light a candle or anything. Last week she was really moody, mouthing off to everybody, and when she started screaming and hitting our brother (12), it took both me (17)and my older brother(19) to hold and calm her down. then she started saying (and crying). wait for more details...

Does your dog talk???

My 4 month old puppy will carry on conversations with me, till I figure out what it is she's trying to tell me. I'll ask her tons of questions, and she will answer me until I ask the right question, then gives me a better response. It's a series of whines, howls and barks that she does. It's soooo cute! lol

But, she also has a unique way of telling me that I've forgotten something. For example, she will sit in the living room, when it's bedtime to signal that I'd forgot her treat, to shut something off, or something like that. If only she could remind me to fix the coffee before bed..... lol
Tell me how your pooch talks... And I don't mean the one's who can say "mamma" lol
