how do I make tacos with weasel meat?

I found a dead weasel yesterday and this seems to me to be the best application for it.

Tacos Weasel Pastor
Clean the weasel, de-bone and skin.
on a hot greased (otter or beaver grease work good) flat cooking surface place the weasel meat splash with Maggi sauce, through on some chopped jalapeno peppers, onions, and a little bacon.
When the weasel meat starts to brown cut up into smaller pieces using your spatula.
Place proportional amounts on a corn or flour tortilla.
Garnish with lettuce fresh sliced onions, green or red salsa.
Enjoy with a cool cold beer.

You should'nt eat anything you just find dead, you don't know if the animal is diseased!

I like to use froze ground beef for tacos....
thaw meat add 1egg & 1 taco season packet per pound of meat. Mix thoroughly (like a meatloaf) then brown.
The consistency of the meat is very comparible taco bell.
The kids love it!

Weasels are tough so be sure to use meat tenderizer. Also they actually make better stew than tacos.

Mince the weasel, fry it in a pan, add seasonings (or seasoning mix), fill shells, add condiments.

the best thing to do is to give it a nice grave and a little stone, and dont eat it they have germs,flees,tics,worms,rabies and if you do eat it (falls over & barfs) you make me sick. *bleck*
