i have worked for the same company as a skilled tech. but havent gotten a raise yet...ive been lied to on 5 occasions about getting a raise..to date
is it time to put it all on the line and tell them give me more money or fire me?...what should i do/what would you do?

Ok, we say we're all here because, uh gee, I'm bored. But we're not really bored, are we? At least, really I'm just lazy. I've got plenty of things to do here, but it's easier to just sit here and answer and ask and look than it is to mop the kitchen floor. Who will stand up and admit that they are lazy with me?
Let's start a lazy march. Surely it will stir someone up.. We should demand our rights as lazy ppl, there must be a syndrome we can drum up somewhere. Ok. now I'm getting carried away. Are you bored or lazy? Be honest.

im a fan of raw and bbq-ed oysters but i dont know anything about oysters. i also am a health freak, im thinking oysters are good for you since its from the nature..but is it high in fat or cholesterol? is it good for people who are working out regularly &are on a strict diet?

Is there any way of know that anyone other then me exists, i mean its almost impossible to believe that there is always somebody somewhere doing something, in my reality when you leave my sight or out of my perception you disappear and i know blah blah blah about all the obvious things you will say so try to give a unique answer

Ever since 7th grade (I'm now in 8th grade), this guy on my swim team keeps kidding w/ me, being sweet to me, and sometimes brushing up against me. He is one year younger than me. I only see him at swim practices and once in a while I pass him in the halls at school. Does he like me? My friends think he does. How do I know he doesn't act this way to every other girl?

Whenever I put on my makeup, I sweat a lot. Well actually, I sweat a lot regardless of whether I'm wearing makeup or not. It doesn't matter what makeup I use. Anyway, it really makes me look terrible! I look like I've been exercising for an hour. My makeup gets all cakey, starts coming off, and my face is just so oily. What can I do?

I am about to get separated with my husband so I have done alot of thinking. I am wondering if there is actually something wrong with him heres the things which concern me:
- When we argued I yelled, mostly bec he wouldn't let me take a break from arguing. He used to start cutting his chest open any time I yelled. This of course would get me even more upset. When I begged him to stop he said what else will stop you yelling? He only stopped when a doctor commented on it.
- He has a huge fear of what others will think. To the point where he refuses to get counselling, and makes any excuse not to go. He doesn't speak to even his best friend about problems. And now he is acting to others as if there is nothing wrong with us - even when I am living elsewhere.
- He doesn't take responsibility for things he does wrong, or apologise unless I do first.
- Hes very controlling but doens't seem to see anything wrong with it.
Is something wrong or is it possible to b normal

I think I dropped the bomb on this girl..

So I have seen this girl walking around quite often and shes amazing, though I never have talked to her. So the other day I decided to build up enough guts to walk up to her with a dozen roses and say... HEY I LOVE YOU... She wont talk to me anymore and now she avoids me at all costs. WHAT DID I DO WRONG? I mean come on.. I gave her flowers... and shes seen me walking around. I kind of figured it would have worked because It does in the movies. I've known this guy for 7 years and I am seeing who he really is , and I got turned-off by him this year because he's not honest with himself as well as people, and I wrote him an e-mail telling him that he's gotta know who he is as a person and he's gotta to be true to himself , I don't want to be in a relationship with someone who's not honest with themselves. Well I like this gye and I'm pretty sure he likes me, but not fully. WE talk some about or love life and hang around. He does get in a lot of trouble once in awhile because he's doen somethin stupid. He has asked me if i'm dating anyone and if i've kissed a gye before 2. Then again he does chew, but i smoke once in a while........ He checks me out and even tried to show me how to hold a bat. He came around behind me and was about 2 take my hands 2 place them where they go but ashley ruined it by saying no i'll show her and budged him aside, but he does curse but only when someone makes him mad and takes about some thins I can't mention....... I'm not sure if I should ask him out and see how it goes or just forget about it. but i was realy worried when their was a caution tape around the whole property and even had a fire truck and police cars. I care for him and he cares for me, but he and his brother do really crazy(stupid things) but i want to give him a chance. What should i do?????
