Whenever I put on my makeup, I sweat a lot. Well actually, I sweat a lot regardless of whether I'm wearing makeup or not. It doesn't matter what makeup I use. Anyway, it really makes me look terrible! I look like I've been exercising for an hour. My makeup gets all cakey, starts coming off, and my face is just so oily. What can I do?

I use Bare Minerals, and I love but. It's like no matter what I use, though, it is still a terrible problem. I'll try the oil blotting sheets. :)

my face is pretty oily too, just make sure the face wash is for oily skin, make sure you are exfoliating, and that your moisturizer and make up are oil free. also using blotting paper and/or powder hroughout the day will help your makeup stay on better, i know MAC makes some good ones. also it's better to not wear too much makeup so it doesn't clog up your pores and natural makeup such as mineral makeup will be easier on your skin. hope that helps!

Use moisturizers, cleansers. If you ahve money for more, use Cliniques 3 step for Oily skin. then use Clinique Stay-True Makeup Oil-Free Formula Foundation. Clinique Stay-Matte Sheer Pressed Powder. These are great for Oily Skin. I have bad oily skin until i used these.
For Cheaper price at Stores...i would go for Neutrogena. For Face, Neutrogena® PureGlow⢠Daily Cleansing Cushions Combination/Oily Skin. For Makeup, Use Neutrogena Oil Free Makeup Foundation, and Neutrogena SkinClearing® oil-free pressed powder. These will also help control oils.
Make sure what you buy has nothing that will create oils.
Blot your face. Cleanse your face once or twice.
Hope all goes well!

Blotting sheets are very important, i also recommend that you don't use foundation, only use powder.
A very important issue is that never ever under any circumstances touch your face w/ your hands, not even if you are dripping on sweat. Get a napkin. if you are sweaty before using the blotting sheets dry a little your sweat, there made for the oil and don't work good on the slightest wet surface.

Ever see the Bare Minerals infomercial? It really works the way they say it does. No one has oilier skin than I do. This make up does not feel like make up...you actually don't feel anything on your face. Oil blotter tissues are a necessity for women with oily skin...you will still need those.I never leave home without them. Find a good facial regimen for oily skin. I like Mary Kay's Time Wise for oily skin or Proactive as my regimen...both are great.

diet change works to a degree for others their skin is oily. Try washing your face then using a toner and Clinique's Dramatically Different GEL. Its for oily skin and it controls oil all day long. My by 11am oil pools on my face aren't there when I use this gel.
