Ever since 7th grade (I'm now in 8th grade), this guy on my swim team keeps kidding w/ me, being sweet to me, and sometimes brushing up against me. He is one year younger than me. I only see him at swim practices and once in a while I pass him in the halls at school. Does he like me? My friends think he does. How do I know he doesn't act this way to every other girl?

Yes I think he does like you but he could be that way to all the girls too. I think you should ask him if he'd like to go somewhere fun with you and some of your guys and girl friends and get to know him better....then you'll know for sure where he stands.

I'd unload him asap. If he likes one more lady and she or he him, WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? Real love does not play video games or have wandering eyes, it is dedicated and rough paintings. You MUST see this as a pink flag, a deal breaker, strike 3. Your younger, i am guessing, you should not also be considering that a SERIOUS dating that's going to reason you lack of confidence. Have a laugh, do not emerge as overly invested on this, WHAT? you can not flirt? Move on, the writing is at the wall and it spells situation. Do your self a prefer and reduce the fellow free, whether it is destined to be, it is going to run it is path and he's going to be again. But why you might take him again best you'll reply.

we act stupider than normal and are always trying to touch you. then we call when we have nothing to say. some times we walk into walls when you walk by, and we use big words that we have no idea the meaning of. we might try to beat up the puniest guy around just to show we're tough, and although we may only shower when we can smell ourselves we will use hygene products like hair gel when we know we might see you.... so if the guy your thinking about is smart, respects your space, calls only when he has something to say, is articulate, clean and groomed and sensitive enough not to start fights....... he's gay..... and will make a great friend for a faghag!

It sounds like he likes you, since he seems to go out of his way to be nice to you. Try talking to him more and saying "hi" when you pass him in the halls. If he's like this with every other girl, it will soon become obvious.
