Raise CAFE mileage to 45mpg for cars and 35 for SUVs and pickups. (in australia) my sister and i had charges put on a man and we went to court for 3 years because they declared the first trial a mistrial and then the second trial ended with a deal that he pleaded guilty to my charges so my sister would drop hers (she just didnt want to go anymore)
we were underage then. i didnt claim any victims of crime because i felt guilty about my sister not being eligible because she had dropped her charges.
i read somewhere that you can apply for victims of crime until 7 years after or until the victim is 21 (i think)
my question is is there any way to claim now that it is over 7 years old and i am 22? or is there anything else i can do?

Okay here's the deal. My brother got out of the marine corp in march and moved into my one bedroom apartment with my bf and me. We didn't ask him to pay for anything and we bought all the groceries, let him use my cell phone cause he couldn't afford to pay his own, let him use the car to get to work, and so much more. Anyway Aug. came and we decided to move into a 2bd/2ba apartment and then my brother was going to split the rent. The total was $600/month. I felt like it was fair for him to pay half of the rent since he gets his own room and bath. My boyfriend and i would be sharing of course. As for bills my bf and i paid 2/3 and he only paid 1/3. Anyway my bf's dad was the co-signer for all of us and had to cover for my bro since he moved out in nov. He gave rent for dec. and jan, but now thinks he doesn't have to pay cause he doesn't live here. Can my bf's dad sue with a good chance of winning? He's on the lease too. Is this fair? I wanted to sue for from feb-july $1800.

I meet this girl a few months ago, and we totally hit it off as friends (at lest I think "friends"), right away. I was immediately drawn to her (I DON’T KNOW WHY!), and she to me. Throughout my life I've thought that some girls were pretty, beautiful, and some just firkin gorgeous (never having any sexually feelings towards them)!!!
But with her...I wanna smile every time she's near. I can't and I don't want to keep my heart from soaring high, when she smiles. Oh my, I can’t even look in her stunning gray blue eyes, without wanting to kiss her senseless! And does she have delicately pink kissable lips?! Oh yes she does! I always want to touch her, just to make sure she’s for real. This is sooo weird I'M STRAIGHT...or at lest I was. I’m soo effing confused…I want to cry!!! My fam would kill me if I was GAY! But I don’t care, anymore.
Anyway, when ever were are alone talking, after awhile for some reason she stops and we just can’t stop looking into each others eyes. She’ll continue to gaze into my eyes until I shyly look away. Then she’ll say, “Man, I LUV you” with such feeling. Then she jumps back into the conversation as if nothing happened. I catch her staring at me a lot, and she smiles. She’s constantly kissing my cheeks, stroking my hair, resting her head on my shoulder when were alone watching a movie, and sometimes holding and stroking my hand. Since we met we have hanged out more with each other than with anyone else.
I use to think I was straight…but now I’m in LOVE with another woman!!! I have never asked her if she was straight or gay…because she said she had a crush on a male actor. I don’t know how to tell if she likes me, she’s so unpredictable. Where both very attractive, so I don’t want to say anything if she’s does not share my feelings.

of virus, alot of them say w32/trojan, and system 32, i've tried to update on line and i can't it shuts my sys. down now it is running in safe mode.is there a program i can download and really use for free most of them say free but they really aren't. a scan on my sys. said it found 72 severe problems it looks like ther mostly in registry.CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME?

After 5 yrs of marraige with a 3 and 5 yrs kids. I love him but the marraige has been unhappy for me he didnt treat me the way I wanted him to. He acted like he was single like he didnt have to tell me anything he would go out a lot, cheated and things of that nature. I know that I want a husband that is a family man, but I know that my husband just needs time to grow up. But I cheated on him instead of leaving him and he found out. He says he doesnt want me any more but I know have these feelings like I cant live with out him. Ive always been the type of person to say let work on this marraige no matter what mistakes he makes or I make, but now that I made a mistake he doesnt want me. I feel like Im getting drumped when I should have dumped him a long time ago. But I want him now because we have 2 kids and a foundation. I never wanted to say my first marraige. Are these feelings that im having just break up feelings or should I really try to get him to want me again?
