I know this sounds like a downer but just wait until you are at least 1 day late for your period.
It just saves disappoinment and wasting money on HPT's.
Some people may conceive easily or 'just know' they are pregnant and that is great but there is also a huge percentage of us that can't get pregnant so easily. I am one of those and I just think it is kinder to yourself to at least wait until you are late. The first 12 weeks are so dodgy and miscarriage can happen so easily. Why do a test at 2-3 weeks, get a positive result, to only get a period a week or so later?
There is also the risk of a false result when testing too early.
I wish you all the very best, someone who wants to be pregnant this bad will be a wonderful, wonderful Mother.

every woman is different, some women know the moment they concieve, others don't know until months into thier pregnancy. Some women get a lot of symptoms while others have very easy pregnancies and other than a growing belly and ultrasounds woud never know they were pregnant. It is suggested that you wait at least two weeks from when you think you concieved to test for pregnancy. This gives your body enough time to build up your HCG levels. However, if you just can't wait that long you can go to your doctor and have them give you an blood test which can tell much sooner. Good luck!

Depending on your intuition, you may know right away like I did. I tested with a home pregnancy test and it showed positive only two weeks later. I don't know what the recommendations are though. Good luck either way. :)
