of virus, alot of them say w32/trojan, and system 32, i've tried to update on line and i can't it shuts my sys. down now it is running in safe mode.is there a program i can download and really use for free most of them say free but they really aren't. a scan on my sys. said it found 72 severe problems it looks like ther mostly in registry.CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME?

Sounds like you got a nasty virus
A good 100% free program i like is Spybot S&D. It has weekly updates and should be able to remove most of your problems. Some problems need further fixing but this program will help. I would also suggest going on tech help forums and posting your info there for help.

Here is some things you should do on a regular basis to clean up and
Speed up your computer. In Internet Explorer, go to “Tools”, Internet Options, and click on “Delete Files”. These are temporary files that just take up space on your computer.
Download and run “Ad-aware” and “Spybot” . These are Anti-spyware programs. Spyware will slow down your computer. See links below.

many times such alerts r bogus
many softwares get installed on ur pc while surfing net
they ask u to download a new software to remove virus
neglect them
call pc expert or format ur drives or install a better antivirus software and scan pc

2 programs - Hijack this and Scansoft. Use scansoft first and hijack this second since hijack this asks you to decide what to delete from your computer.
