I think both positions are beneficial, of course everyone has different preferences. I personally like to be on top. The thing to remember is that communication is the key during sex. So if you are with a spouse or different men every time, it is important to ask what they want and enjoy. That is the only way to completely satisfy a sexual partner.

I really enjoy being on the bottom cause I can use my hands for something other than stopping myself from crushing my wife to death under my muscular chest~lol
But then.. I usually don't stay in the underneath position from go to whoa ..... sometimes you need to get a bit of leverage to do your work properly ... and I do get sore knees after a while in missionary (probably the kitchen floor's fault) so I might try a bit of standing doggy from there (moving to the kitchen table) ... and perhaps let it go on her breasts (near the tissue box on the sofa) and finish up with a 69 (for some reason~next to the TV if desperate housewives is on?), a big drink of cold water and little cuddling is also statistically liked. Then we normally have to mop up before the kids get home before curfew....

Most times I am on top, however we do change postions especially if we are having a bit of an extended session, and not just a quickie.

If I'm on the bottom, I don't feel as dominant. I can't be in control and flip you into all different sorts of demeaning positions.
So...definitely on top...maybe on the side...maybe from the other room depending on what you look like.

I cant stand being on the bottom! I dont feel very dominant whereas when im on top i can just pund the hell out of her! :)
