Alright so this is a question for an assignment I have to do online. When inputting my answer it is telling me it is wrong and I re-did my numbers and I keep getting the same answers, so I am assuming my process may be wrong. Please tell me if you can identify what I am doing wrong.

Question: Calculate the pH of 800.0 mL of solution containing 19.0 g of CH3COOH and 25.0 g of CH3COONa.

So I calculated my concentration values by figuring put the molar mass ands than dividing by 0.8 L. Therefore CH3COOH = [0.395] and CH3COONA = [0.381].

So I assumed that CH3COO- is going to be [0.381] because CH3COONA dissociates completely because it is a weak acid. So my ice table looks like this:

CH3COOH --> CH3COO- + H+
0.395 0.381 O
- x +x + X

So I solved for H+ and got 1.8 times 10 to the negative 5. So I calculated OH value by using KW value of 1E - 14. And than used Ph = -log ( ). I got 9.26 Is it correct?

Okay, so, I met this guy at the Skating Rink. He's my age, and we get along great (He's also very cute. ;D). So we hung out and before he left, he gave me his number to call him. Hi,

For the tax year 2005, I happened to invest $1500 more than I am supposed to. I realized this in Jan 06(before my tax filing due date of 2005) and promptly removed the excess contribution along with the earnings. For the tax year 2005, I did not show any excess contribution withdrawal,i just mentioned the correct Roth IRA I am eligible for as invested, I thought I had to do that in 2006 as I did this act in Jan 06. But the custodian has given me a 1099 R with the code PJ and my tax software tells me that this means I have to correct my 2005 return. Can someone help me and guide me on this. It is just 86$ which is the earning on the excess withdrawal. What form do I need to file to correct this for 2005, will I need to do amendment of the 2005 tax return.
Is this an easy job or will I be better of going to a tax preparer. I have always done my own taxes.
Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

Okay, my friends computer cant start up. She has Xp home edition. She said everytime she tried to start it up, it comes to a black screen saying one of her files are corrupted and she doesnt have her xp home edition cd anymore. So she got a Xp pro and tried to install it over her home ed. She deleted all the partitions and created a new one with. It looked like it was going to work but after the computer restarts and loads back up, on the loading screen it says xp professional. But after that when loading up the rest of the installation it says she has a perimeter error. Is there anything that we can do to get a fresh clean install of windows xp pro? Also I think she has viruses on her computer, she never had any antivirus programs before but she also bought one now.

I had two fillings done yesterday at lunch time, and today I have a low grade fever and feel generally unwell. I have a constant dull ache in the area where the fillings were done, it's not severe, just a dull pain that's there all the time. The teeth weren't badly decayed or infected or anything, in fact they didn't even hurt prior to the fillings!

Anyway, could the fever and feeling unwell be linked to the dental work, or is it purely coincidence?

Every time i watch the mets or the ranger games there are commercals in places there shouldnt be commercials. I get Thrown off by the commercials and lose intrest. I know they need comercials because it pays for programing but i hate them so much. Espaicaly the bad ones.
