i think i'm too fat, and i want to loose some weight without wieght watchers or diet pills and stuff like that. i just want to do it on my own at home. any suggestions?

My mother has a 2004 Kia Spectra. Lately it has been making weird noises that appear to be coming from the passenger side front wheel. The sound is kind of a soft clunking. She believes it could be the strut. Steering is a tiny bit off, it does not want to turn as easy as it once did. What do I do? Could it be the strut or something else.

Symptoms: Slight headache because nasal congestion, nasal congestion, minimal sore throat.

Anyhow, what's the best way to cure my cold quickly. I read in Natural Cures that the sun helps. I have also been taking echinacea and this nasal spray stuff. Anything else you think I can do?

listen guyz i am 12 and I looooooove skatin...and when I was small I knw how to skate...i min da spotlayt is on me cuz u knw im small and im such a good skater...then i havent skated for like 5 years...and now im fat...im 50 kg!!! and im really uncomfortable with the skates (rental) and in hear, skates are really an expensive thing…(cuz it’s a hot country, I live in the middle east,uae) and the lessons are to expensive, its is 200dhs(69 dollarz) and hour!!!!! plz I need help on everthing for skating!!!!!!!!!!1 tnxz

im 15 and running in the 100m, 200m, and 400m at my school in detroit

my best times are 12.3 in the 100m, 23.6 in the 200m, and 61.0 in the 400m

a lot of the seniors say that i could drop my times by at least .5 seconds if i just ran with the right form

i run kind of flat footed for some reason in the sprints and i was wondering what is the correct way to run?? do only your toes hit the ground??

and if anyone here uses ankle weights to run or w/e.. can u give me a good work out to do with them.. remember im trying to get faster

Hi, I'm stuck on the following problem (and have been for like an hour):

R(x) = .5x^3 - 2x^2 + 3
~~~~ -----------------------
~~~~~ .1x^3 + x - 3

(NOTE: The little ~ things are just to keep everything lined up.)

I'm stuck on how you find the x-intercepts. I know it's using the numerator and graphing it, etc., but how do you do it on a TI-83 Plus calculator?

Also, I'm supposed to find the "real zeros" which I know involves the denominator, and I know the answer is something like 2, I know what a zero of a function is -- I just don't know how you get the .1x^3 + x - 3 into a format where you can factor it into the zeros.

Please help!!! I'll give 10 points for best answer! Thank you so much!
