Leave sugary stuff, fatty and fried foods and junk foods. It will b hard in the start, but keep going on and u'll get gud result and 1ce u get used to it, it'll be fine.

Now, gradually decrease the calories from ur daily meals. Ur minimum cals should b 400-500 per day. Don't reduce too much to prevent complications.

Eat a muffin, fruit or a sandwich with a glass of milk, coffee, tea or juice as per will in ur breakfast.

4 lunch, have a bowl of soup (any) with a bread roll or french bread.

Try 2 keep dinner light, piece of boiled chicken or just a glass of milk.

If u get hungry, eat salads with loads of green veggis in them. They r low-cal and healthy. Otherwise u can eat sum fruit!

And exercise is compusory! Strat with light exercise and then increase the rate and type gradually.

I recommened u not to go on a very low-cal diet straight away or do heavy exercise. Grdually will help u and u'll b comfortable! Gud Luck!

Yes. make your self a workout routine and if you have weights at home even better. It all depends on your intensity get your heart rate up and shed some pounds. 45-55 mins of cardio with 15 seconds rest after each set. Example
3x 25 sit ups
3x 30 jumping jacks
3x20 crunches
3x20 push ups
running for 30mins at a good pace do something like that for 4-5 days out of the week.

Jog in place, do sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks. MAybe even something higher cardio like jumping rope. Work out videos can help too.

Just cut down on high fat, calorie, and sodium foods and try and eat whats obviously healthy. More fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and low fat dairy.

and if your not sure if your overweight. try and find your bmi on the below website. It may not work well if your too muscular though

this is easy!! it just takes discipline! try and eat a healthy balanced diet consisting of fruit, veg, lean meats and low fat diary, and wholegrain breads. avoid processed foods (basically everything in packaging - although you can have these occasionaly, just watch your intake) drink heaps of water, at least 2ltrs per day. and walk briskly for at least 30 min per day. when you can do that comfortably add another form of excercise (i do windsor pilates - and its great) if you have a "bad" day, dont worry! this should be a life time change so just start afresh the next day. its ok to have treats as long as you keep it to a minimum!! good luck! trust me if you do this it will work, just keeep posisitive and hide the scales for a few months, you'll be surprised!!! : )
