this is most probably a scam. the only real lotto game is the National lottery. If they rang you and have said you need to call a premium rate number ie 090 number DO NOT DO IT! throw it away and thank yourself that you did not waste your money through your phone bill. I used to work on a National lottery machine and can garantee this was legitimate. hope this helps

They are a scam and it is illegal to play foreign lotteries. Go to scams.com, if it is still on the net and they'll have more info on all scams!!

If you live in the UK then they are legal, or be a scam. But, if you live in the USA it is illegal to enter lotteries that are in another country.
