Symptoms: Slight headache because nasal congestion, nasal congestion, minimal sore throat.
Anyhow, what's the best way to cure my cold quickly. I read in Natural Cures that the sun helps. I have also been taking echinacea and this nasal spray stuff. Anything else you think I can do?

See if you can find some zinc lozenges such as Cold Eeze, it helps cut the time of a cold. Also drink tons of fluids, decaffeinated tea, water, etc. Lastly, boost up your Vitamin C intake and relax. If your body is run down, give it a rest for a day or so. Good Luck!

I'm no doctor but i can tell you what works for me. Put a vaporizer and one of those menthol thing in your room when you sleep at night. Keep you house warm, take a nice, long shower and get rest. Try tylonal or advil. Get well soon!

That alkaseltzer cold medicine works really good...Sounds like you might have sinus conjestion though. Maybe get something for sinuses.

zinc supplement.....it helps fight your cold. kinda like vitamin C.
