I'm 13 and I peed myself in class on Friday! I am SO embarrassed! I don't want to go on Monday, but Mum says I have to. I'm scared that everyone will tease me. Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do or say? Is this common? I haven't seen anyone else do it since 3rd grade. Please help, what should I do?

so this is the thing, I met this guy ryden,through my friend amber, he was cute and everything, we talk but I know there is nothing there, were just friends. my girlfriend introduced me to another of her girlfriends, Kelly but i did not know that she had a on and off thing with ryden, until recently. and Kelly told me that they broke up, but she thought everything was fine between them. Is it wrong to look and not touch, i dont know if just having a little crush on ryden is okay. I mean I know kelly but were not close, and i know your not suposed to like guys another girl has been with. what should i do?

Hi i just bought a pack of marlborough 20 smokes.
I am usually a fit person and is good at longer distance 3-4miles running. I am a 16 year old. I have smoked 20 cigarettes already and i was wondering if the effects are permanent. Like for example these things clog up your arteries so you wont be able to carry oxygen as much. Do you think this is temporary? When i stop smoking will it clear away? If not how do you treat it? Years back I bought a pair of Nike runners and 2 months later they broke in the front. I bought a new pair ( cause i like thier brand image ) and 3 months later they broke. That really bugged me. So I bought asics. They lasted me 1.5 years of running. I thought I would try nike again and the same thing happend. So I went back to asics and am really happy. I now have the asics Kayano, and think that they are great. A month ago I bought a nike track suit. A week later the seams started to come apart. So i have come to the conclusion that nike is not a quality product, it just has amazing markating skills. I would like to hear from other sports people what they think of nike, if they have tryed and tested their goods. And what you think of asics.
