They can't keep from supporting people that have a "media" savvy and expertise and then rail to high holy hell about the "slick" and "biased" media !!

fred thompson was a lawyer and a senator first and an actor second.
arny lives in california. nuff said.
ronald reagan was a fantastic president unless you do not like tax cuts, a flourishing economy and a strong military. o and small government
steve largent graduated high school, and college and was very well educated.
jim bunnings again graduated college. with honors
clint eastwood very patriotic loves america lives for freedom well educated.
jack kemp again educated

jc watts i have never heard of. now some liberals who are famous and graduated.

Let's see...? You list 10 people here, compared to the the several hundred to choose from? And I think this is the kettle calling the pot black, don't you? I mean, the newspapers, film industry on stage at awards ceremonies, and everywhere they go, spend all their time declaring our President to be a 'murderer', warmonger, and the list goes on. If I were Bush, I'd have them all arrested for treason for saying those things and promoting dissension in war times. Plus, how must our men in uniform feel knowing that the most prominent celebrities do not support them in times of war. Who do they think is out there protecting their sorry a-ss so they can stand on their soup boxes and talk a good game. How many democratic movie stars actually go off and defend the country they claim to love? Trust me! Your claim that there are more Republican film people in office then Democrats may or may not be true. The fact is, Democrats spend all their time bad mouthing republicans instead of taking care of their own business. Like a bunch of whinging spoiled brats....that's what keeps the democrats going--bit-ching! But they never change anything?

Actually it's not a good question. They were voted for, by republicans, because they were republicans. Chances are, they were elected because some democrats were starstruck and went against their party.
