What are some transferable skills that exconvicts can use in the business world?

Example a robber who masterminds a bank heist. Can that creativity and skill be successfully applied to bank security consulting?

Well totally disregarding the thugs and criminals who maim and kill.
The person/s who plan any sort of theft.They have to be meticulous and correct with thier planning.No room for error.Also have to be able to override the the security system.To carry out thier task they will have a very strict time limit and procedure.Every time there is a successful heist the powers that be learn something.The Lockerbie bombing was a good example.Prior to this a passenger could have thier luggage cleared.Then not join the flight.Now if a passenger does'nt join the flight,thier luggage is removed from the plane.This has probably saved many lives
