its kind of like an early stage pregnant belly (i'm not btw.) its hardish and not fat but it still sticks out in a firm fashion. I want rid of it, what do you think it is and what can i do? thanks

i recently broke up with my first love. i was his first love too and we were both heart broken. his first reaction was that he wasnt gonna let me go and kept trying to get back together. i loved him and it was hard on both of us. i finally told him that we r never getting back together and that i need him to stop coming over. at first he took it well. i knew he was hurt but he was ok. he said i was right and that all the fighting we did was unhealthy (the reason we broke up was because we fought too much over dumb things). well today he came over and cried and begged but i still told him no that it wasnt gonna work. well he found a pic. of me and a guy friend (i had my head on his shoulder but we really r just friends) and assumed that i had "moved on". he then said he couldnt live without me and has started talking about suicide. i hope that he is just saying things but i just dont know and im really scared. even though things didnt work out i do care about him. what should i do?

I'm re-doing my 1995 Sir B16a.I'm putting in a stroker kit,Eagle rods&pistons,crower crank with stage 2 crower cams.Also,light weight flywheel.Port,polish & milled head with crower stainless steel valves,springs,retainers.Skunk2 pro series intake manifold.High flow fuel rail with RC injectors.I may be forgetting a thing or two but that's the bulk of it.So,any ideas on how much hose power I should expect?

My Dr. prescribed xanax for panic attacks some time ago...I don't have them now but he said if I could not sleep to take one at night but I take one half (scared of addiction) and I have bad dreams every time.....they are 0.5mg.....I also take the supplement Sam-e in the morning. I almost would rather have no sleep than to have the nightmares.
