You should check out the DVD "The Self-Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior." It details how lousy UW was backstage in terms of professional dealings with other wrestlers, and, how he basically held the WWE for ransom, refusing to appear at a PPV unless they handed him a fat raise that moment.

Even after all of those incidences, the Warrior was given another shot in WCW, and failed miserably. The match he had at 1998 Halloween Havoc with Hogan is considered the worst PPV Main Event in the history of wrestling - and Warrior completely screwed over WCW when he first arrived anyway, completely going off script in an interview segment which was supposed to last 1 minute and lasted about 15 instead.

Vince has had dealings with Hulk Hogan, Bret Hart (no wrestling, but the HoF at least), and the Guerrero family after bad fallings out, so I wont say "Never" but VInce is a businessman and Warrior was bad for business with his shenanigans. I would guess he will never be back in a WWE ring.

I do not think so. He hates McMahon, and he has his reasons. Look at this shameful DVD "TheSelf-Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior". No respect, no loyalty, no gratitude. They did it that way because the Warrior refused to be a part of this DVD unless McMahon would be a part of the DVD which was made by the Warrior himself. He when changed his name legally to "Warrior", so McMahon could not say it was his trademark any more. I'm pretty sure that most of the things that were said on the DVD by McMahon and his employees were plain, evil revenge. McMahon is childish, and he is a liar. He should be glad that Jim helped him to make money, which he loves more than anything else. By the way, the reason Bret Hart worked together with WWE on his DVD was that they threatened to make a similar "Self-Destruction" DVD for him. Bret didn't want his fans to remember him like that, so he decided to forget the past. But he still hates McMahon, HBK and HHH.
