I was doing some housecleaning and found this check dated 5/19/2005, for $123.00. I went to my bank and they said they wouldn't cash it because its over a year old. What options do I have to get this money which I'm entitled to?

It was part of my pre-natal testing, apparently that and my urine test could not be done properly for some reason. I saw it on my medical file when I moved. I can't find IgG on anything but I'm wondering if it some sort of STD testing, it came right before my HIV results.

I'm a decent tipper for the service industery, like takng a cab, getting a haircut, or dining out at a resturaunt, (even odering out). Pretty much anything where someone has to come to me to satasfy me, or make me look good.

Why do people tip at a starbucks (and some tim hortons)? but not at a McDonalds. It's still counter service with a fixed menu. thier not coming to you, you're going to them and then tipping! Why?

ok my g/f and me are intimate and all and will evetually get to better things besides groping but not for awhile, but there is this girl in my class that i like alittle and i know that if i wanted to do thuings with her i could and theres a good chance that no one would find out i feel bad for thinking like this but everyday ill end up making jokes like hey lets go get a closet and she can see that im half joking half serious as can i and is starting to act on my weakness and soon i think that she will even influence me into doing things with her

everytime my ex-bf is mad he breaks up with me.and he broke up with me last night..today he called me twice and its weird cus he hardly calls me anymore and hes like "you hate me huh" everytime i say i don't hate him,he always says "yess you do"..then hes like i bet you don't like me anymore..and i said i still do..but he keeps saying no you dont.. first time he broke up with me he seemed really depressed then the next day he was happy again,,hes doing the same thing this time..do you think he keeps asking me if i still like him,cus he wants to go back out??? i want to go back out with him but he keeps breaking up everytime he gets made..

I have a couple of hypothetical questions about Goldfish:
1) If a fish has been suffering from ammonia toxicity for awhile (at least a few days) and is generally in poor health, but is moved to optimal conditions, about how long should recovery take? I understand that "optimal" is hard to achieve, but I'm looking for a range here... I put the question in this format because it would take way too long to try to explain the situation.
2) I understand that most goldfish in aquariums are stunted. Will the goldfish always grow if given a larger tank? At what point in the lifespan is thee fish "permanently stunted" no matter how large the aquarium and how good the care? Once again, this isn't directly applicable to my fish (I think s/he's pretty young), but I've been trying to figure this out for awhile.

My girlfriend gave me her email password like 4 months ago when we started dating. She said she gave it to me because she wanted me to be able to trust her completely. So I email her yesterday and call her and she hasn't answered since then. I decided to go into her email to see if she ever even received my email. Turns out she didn't, but I found some emails I wish I wouldn't have. They are from her ex boyfriend whom she has remained "friends" with despite knowing it bugs me. So I open it up and he's telling her that he want to get back with her and he wants her to move to his city. He also said that he forgot when he called her last because he has been calling her so much. Another thing, he asked her to send nude pics of herself to him. To this she replied that her boyfriend wouldn't like that. As far as the other stuff, she never responded. I know I should be more pissed at this guy, but isn't it her fault as well for talking to someone who only wants to get back with her?
