im pretti i dress nice. and i hear i have a kewl personality. but i cant dance. does that bring me down a noch.lol. i sound sooo pathetic

no, you are not corny.... because your spirit and personality know how to dance =) besides, you can always 'learn' how to dance, by taking some kewl lessons or having your friends teach you how they dance.... just because you don't know something doesn't make you corny. i'm sure there are things other people don't know that you probably know... not everyone knows the same things or can do the same things. we all are good at 'something'... so dancing might not be your strength because you have two left feet and everything is awkward... but i wouldn't really worry about that. focus on what you are good at. you don't have to be good at everything. it's okay just being the way you are. =) bye, sweetie! hope this helped!

I don't know how to dance either. The only time I dance is alone in my room, and like an idiot. Except, I do sometimes do a little weird dancing with a friend just for fun. I have done like the electric slide and stuff, but I've forgotten them, and I was no good at them anyway. You are perfectly normal. Maybe you should see if a friend, sibling, parent, cousin, or anyone else could teach you how to dance! Good luck! And remember, there's nothing wrong with not being able to dance.

If you don't dance, and you go places where everyone else is dancing - yeah it will hurt your chances. But stay away from dancing environments and you'll be just as good as anyone else.
Also - I don't think there is any way that you have to dance. I never danced because I used to think I didnt know how to. But you just have to realize - 'modern' slow dancing is easy - u just dance close and sway as both of u move in a circle. easy enough huh? And fast dancing - all you do is move with the music and have fun.
If you want to really have fun, sometimes having a drink may help, but forget about what you look when you dance and realize that everyone else looks pretty goofy too - because when I just let go and decided to have fun - it was fun and now it doesn't bother me to dance.

Don't let TV dancing scare you. Learn a few steps and moves from friends or relatives, maybe a book or take simple lessons.
If you don't you'll only end up doing the horizontal samba.

I have tried repeatedly to dance. I just can't. There is nothing wrong with that. There are so many other things to do than dance.

haha well its a bit of a turn off, but if you have other "good-ness" to make up for it, then its aiight. And it dsnt bring u down a notch if the person your trying to impress isnt a big dancer either!

you are not corny honey..just a wall flower..the only way to overcome this is to learn to dance..you will have a lot of fun if you learn..its fun and you don't have to be that good to enjoy yourself...don't be so hard on yourself..dancing is fun

Join the club, lol. I'm a musician and can't dance.
I play rock and love listening to it. Although, I can move my head and sing, thats it.
Im willing to learn, however......

well it might hurt u in the eyes of a guy that likes to dance, but then again he might like the chance to be able to teach u how to dance.
