ok i serioulsy miss my old skin i have been breaking out way too much and now i have acne!!! please help me out with this. is there any home remedys i can you use or what is the best acne product out there?! "dont say proactove" that didnt work for me it gave me more breakouts!

if theres any type of diet i should fallow please tell me. and tell me what foods to stay away from!! =] thanks

How many are actually paying attention to these facts?

There are African Americans, Mexican Americans, Asian Americans, Arab Americans, Native Americans, etc. And then there are just Americans.

You pass me on the street and sometimes sneer in my direction.

You Call me "White boy," "Cracker," "Honkey," "Whitey," "Caveman" .. and that's OK.
But when I call you the n-word, Kike, Towel head, camel Jockey, Beaner, ****, or Chink ...you call me a racist.

You say that whites commit a lot of violence against you,so why are the ghettos the most dangerous places to live?

You have the United ***** College Fund. You have Martin Luther King Day. You have Black History Month. You have Cesar Chavez Day. You have Yom Hashoah You have Ma'uled Al-Nabi You have the NAACP.

You have BET.

If we had WET (White Entertainment Television) .. we'd be racists.

If we had a White Pride Day .. you would call us racists.

If we had White History Month .. we'd be racists.

If we had any organization for only whites to "advance"
OUR lives .. we'd be racists.

We have a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a Black Chamber of
Commerce, and then we just have the plain Chamber of Commerce.
Wonder who pays for that?

If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships ... you know we'd be racists. There are over 60 openly
proclaimed Black Colleges in the US , yet if there were "White colleges" ..THAT would be a racist college.

In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching for your race and rights. If we marched for our race and rights, you would call us racists.

You are proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you're
not afraid to announce it. But when we announce our white pride.... you call us racists.

You rob us, carjack us, and shoot at us. But, when a white police officer shoots a black gang member or beats up a black drug-dealer running from the law and posing a threat to society .. you call him a racist.

I am proud to be white. But, you call me a racist.
Why is it that ONLY whites can be racists?

One of my closest friends is this dude i've know for years, but last year we got to be close friends and were still pretty close. Everyone says that we act like were a couple, but we're not! we dont like each other in a romantic sense, we LOVE each other like friends.. but not romantically... that would feel like brother/sister dating and thats just sick! His girlfriend is now the person pretty much ruling his life and getting him to do things i don't approve of.. so i dont like her at all! I hate that she takes all of his time and attention.. i know it sounds selfish,but its not! we have best friends and we only get to talk on the internet and at break... but now she's got him spending 24/7 with him! And its not just me, he's neglecting his best friend and skipping school to hang out with her!!!

is it wrong for me to feel this way?

her head is all fuffly and normal but then her body feathers are all tatty and she has been picking at her chest she is in a large aviary with two males one age of 7 years another age of 4 years and a female about 3 years she has constantly got fresh water and feed she is on the cockatiel mix no pellets but also she was a rescue bird she was handed on to me after being rescued from the jaws of a family puppy i really love my birds i NEED some help

i was active duty 2 years and made 1 year in army national guard , i heard the air force is easier, so im considering switching to the air force, where should i go to? army recruiter or air force recruiter?
Also is there any air force base in Manhattan Nyc?.

I have been working out for a little over a year now. I started out doing light weight and high reps then everything I read said to do heavy weights and lower reps and not to fear bulking up like a man. So, I went to the heaviest weight that I can do to failure 3 sets of 10 reps each, squats, lunges, curls, rows, tricep extensions, deadlifts, alternating muscle groups. I was comfortably wearing a size 0 or 1 jeans and now they are getting tight and I am noticing my thighs getting pretty big and I am losing my curve in my waistline. I eat 5 small meals per day and keep a pretty clean diet, fruit, grilled chicken, peanut butter. What should I do to stay toned at a size 0 or 1 without looking bulky? Could a seasoned lifter or trainer suggest the best routine for me?

I haven't had my period since last June. I'm fifteen and used to weigh 98 pounds, but then I lost weight to get down to 80.2 pounds. Now I'm around 87 or 88 pounds. But I still haven't had my period...could missing it for so long cause me to become sterile? I'm kind of worried. i've already seen a doctor and they told me to gain my weight back anywhere from 95-100, so that's why I'm trying to eat a bit more.
