The only way to reformat a CD-R is to put goggles on and use a hammer on a hard surface. You know what I mean.

CD-R's can not be reformatted by you. They can not be re-written by you. They can not be written over by you.

Get rid of the disk. Youy know what I mean, right?

Never format ur CD-R, it will be useless there after. Instead u try deleting files by using any CD-Burner like NERO or similar.

CD-R's are not able to be formatted. They are a "one use" media and that's it. If you want a CD that you can erase and then re-use you'll need a CD/RW (Re-Writable) disc.

You can't unless its a re-writable media, CD-RW.
