I am 21 and constantly worry about something. Usually it involves a guy...the guy Im dating, or the last guy I dated. But I dont understand why. I KNOW I have nothing to worry about...I cant seem to help it! I was in foster care for 2 years, and my dad died when I was 12. My mom remarried soon after. I was in counseling for 2 years but didnt speak a word b/c I was uncomfortable. I sometimes wonder if it's all catching up to me, and maybe Im just afraid to lose the people close to me. Any suggestions as to how I can chill out???? I stress over the smallest things, and I take everything personally. Any suggestions?? Ive tried to do things to get my mind off whatever it is I worry about, but that doesnt seem to help...its almost like I would rather mope around. Thanks a lot!!!

I have a volvo 960 estate 1992 that i got off of a friend, i only have the key to the kay and not the remote keyfob, i went to the dealer and purchased the correct 1 and was told how to program this i went home and no joy thing didnt work, i then noticed that under the bonnect the alarm had been diabled with a small d lock type key i turned this and the red led inside the car came on. I am assuming that i need this to be activated to get the remote to program. the problem is with the alarm on under the bonnet every time you open a door or put the key in the ignition the alarm goes off, how am i supposed to program a remote with the alarm activated??? help...

I've gotten several emails from "coca cola five star internet promotion", claiming that Ive won $500,000USD. My "prize" is part of the March promotion organized by yahoo/MSN lottery internet live.yahoo/MSN & microsoft windows. My email address was electronically selected as 1 of the 5 monthly winners -who were on line at a specific time & chosen out of millions, yada yada.They've requested info about me & sent a "winners certificate" made out to me. ~~~~~~~~does any one know ANY THING about this??? Too good to be true/fishy - right? ....especially the fact that it looks like they expect me to come to London in order to collect MY prize! Help me out here....& I'll cut you in :)

Apparently with level 5 water restrictions in some parts of Australia we're not suppose to have over 4 minute showers.

It used to takes me 30-40 minutes, up to a few months ago, but lately I've been rushing my showers, and after I
- shampoo my hair
- wash my face
- lather my arms, underarms, legs, chest, back
- wash off above mentioned places
- rinse out shampoo
- condition my hair
- rinse out conditioner
my fastest record is 15 minutes _rushing_..

Who here believes the 4 minute shower restrictions to be impossible? I don't believe anyone can shower in under 15 minutes (possibly 10 minutes) without cleaning themselves thoroughly.

How long does it take you to shower? What is your shower routine? Do you have any advice to cut down shower times? Should I only shower every second day?

A few days ago he stopped eating & barely moved. I tried baby food and using a dropper to feed him water + chicken broth but he wouldn't eat. So I brought him to the vet the night before he died and the vet said his kidneys are shutting down and only had a few days at most to live. I was so sad and cried. We were going to put him to sleep but the vet said he wasn't in pain but just tired and it was okay for us to take him home for one more night. We had scheduled to get him euthanized the next morning. He was still alive when I woke up at 6am but around 8am he stopped moving. His eyes were closed and his mouth was a little opened. I hope he wasn't in pain when he took his last breath. Does anyone know if it's common for the mouth to be just slighly opened? I feel so terrible if he was choking.
