I need to get some keys cut but dont have the key code. I have a Vauxhall Astra R reg 1.7TD. The keys have a transponder. I have called the main dealer and they want to charge me £130 for two keys.....no way. Also i need a key for the alloys. any idea where i can get that from?

people. places. where you live. the country. the city. the town. i feel the desire to escape it all..find a new life somewhere else, i nice little home somewhere, with a nice girlfriend.>>instead, i claim benifits, battle with borderline personality disorder, and other mental health problems, live in a small, council flat, im waiting for therapy. my cpn doesnt no when this will be...ive socially isolated myself, and only go out when i have to...i feel a sense of entrapment. like illl never be able to work out of these circumstances..like a feeling of hopelessness, helplessness. im 29 and am growing tired of this existance..i have no friends to turn to. and phone crisis lines regularly..and sometimes even argue and lose my temper with the people on their..because i feel they dont listen or dont talk back to me. when im trying to pour out my problems..i resent people who dont have my problems and who have a life and who dont feel like me...what am i going to do? theres no quick fix out

the standard groin guard covers the area below the waist and not just the groin. basically a punch below the belly button is illegal and is protected against. making groin shots illegal is understandable but why are stomach shots not allowed? surely muscles should be adequate protection as they are in the upper stomach above the waist.

I mean I find myself having these fantasies regularly and most I would be embarrassed to tell people out. Most are forbidden type of fantasies that society would look down upon. I think I am somewhat of a normal guy, but these fantasies and desires are still there. Just wanted to know if anyone else had these. Just interested I guess. You don’t have to admit to what yours are if you don’t want, but if you had the courage to go for it. I just wanted to see how many people would be willing to admit to this besides me.

I decided to talk to the girl I miss and tel lher how I really feel about her, that I just want us to be friends again. The only thing is that I love her. I also think she's got to be the most beautiful girl I've ever seen even though my boys think she's just alright. I implied I was in love with her the last time we talked (online), saying "peope do stupid things when they're in love." She said " YOU WAS NOT IN LOVE, so dont say that, stop talking like that!" Since then we haven't talked in a long time (months), I gave her space. I want to tell her how I really feel, but do I need to keep the fact that I love her to myself to keep from scaring her off or worse?

I am 34 yrs old and i was watching my 14 yr old nephew for my sister last night cause she went on vacation. one of my good friends was with me and she is the same age. so out of no where while we were swimming in the backyard pool, my nephew asks my friend sherri to "pull her shorts off" so he can see her thing! i almost fell over after i heard him say that! and what does my friend do, but yanks her wet shorts to her knees for like 10 seconds and says to me, "he has to learn somehow!" i was so mad i sent her home and him to his room. only for me stopping them, she would of let him touch it and play with it! what should i say to the both of them because i am so freaked out by the 2 of them right now. where do kids learn this stuff!

Just been weighed in Boots on one of those machines that measures everything. It gives me my height and weight but the it starts on about my BMI can anyone explain in plain english what this is and how to understand it. Also there is a body fat which is in % and then a body fat mass in kg? again can anyone explain exactly what they are measuring etc. I'm training at the gym quite a lot so didn't want to just go on my weight as I'm probably gaining muscle, so can anyone tell me which one I should be looking at each week to see if I have lost weight?? sorry but I'm really confused!! thanks very much.

My husband has been caring for our 1 month old from about 11 pm to 7 am since she came home from the hospital 1 month ago. I wake up at around 6:30 and by 7 am; I am ready to take over so he can sleep. Last night I heard my baby crying constantly so I got up and asked him what was going on. He said to me that he was mentally exhausted with our baby. she does not sleep unless she is being held. She won't sleep in her swing or her crib. When he lays her down, she is awake and wanting to be held within 5 minutes. He said that she was spoiled by me holding her all of the time, and so he was going to let her cry herself to sleep. Is this ok? I did not do that with my first 2. They were twins and I still held them if they cried.
