court wont get you anything...if the guy has no money, a court judgement wont produce money either, unless you take him to the peoples court...hmmm. do that. or tell him you need free empanadas for life.

I doubt that there's a legal remedy that will work by tomorrow. Small claims court is your best bet and that will likely take weeks (and maybe months) depending on the quality of the evidence that you can provide.
