You can get an alloy lock nut removal tool from Halfords for a tenner. It has a reverse thread that cuts into the unremovable nut when twisted off, grips it, then twists it off as a normal wheel wrench would an normal nut.

Dunno about the keys though. In Cardiff there are 3rd party places that will clone a new key for a Ford, so try local locksmiths in your area to see if they can do that for yor car

I'm afraid that £130 may be about right for two keys - in each case you need to pay for both parts of the key plus the labour charge for coding them against your vehicle. You shouldn't need the keycode though - Vauxhall will hold that centrally. Assuming you already have one key can't you make do with just one more? It'll keep the cost down.

In terms of the alloys are they standard for that model? If so Vauxhall should be able to help. If not, try a breaker's yard for spares. Failing that you're looking at drilling out the secure wheel nut on each wheel and replacing. This isn't something you need to do at all though, unless you get a puncture, or the brakes need attention.

There's nothing wrong with Astras. Anyone who has driven an Astra and did not like it is obviously just a commuter.
