Ok guys. Let's say you had a gf who had been living with you for a year. She gets really sick and goes on disability and can't work for 2 months. You have known that she has been struggling with money for the past few months, and this definitely doesn't help. You have a very good paying job, and pay most of the bills, anyways. Would you foot the bill for her for a while (btw, she cleans, cooks, and does laundry!) with some sporatic payments from her? I mean, if you really cared, and you knew she hated taking your money, wouldn't that be ok until she got back on her feet? How would you feel if you were in this situation? Obviously I am talking about myself. My boyfriend is getting po'd at me and calls me lazy, but I am legitimately sick and disabled. He bugs me for money every other minute, and sees that my beloved car just got repo'd. Does he care enough about me, or should I believe him when he says he's broke (he just bought a 61" TV and has a great paying job). Thanks!

I was on a business trip to CA a little over a year ago. I went out partying, had too much to drink, and lost my wallet. Needed money to get back home. I went to this fertility clinic and made a "donation" to get some quick cash. As I was leaving I saw this beautiful blond being escorted into the building by a big tough body guard type of guy. At the time I didn't think anything of it except that I thought she looked like Marilyn Monroe. Now, when I see DannyLynne on TV, I always think "she looks like my baby pictures".

So, I'm wondering should I get a lawyer and maybe get a blood test, to find out for sure??? I mean if this is really my child then I have a responsibility as her sole surviving parent to look out for her best interest.

What should I do????

Okay u anyone out of school probably wont understand this becauze it is hard! And very weird! But it is about the quadratic formula! The formula is -b +/- the square root of b to the 2 - 4ac divide by 2a! Well this problem is -6x to the second-3x+2 and i did the formula and everything and came up with 3+/- the square root of 57 divided by 12! did i do something wrong? If u have the same book as me, well i live in Indiana and my book is "Algebra 1" by McDougal little and it has a earth on it with 3 kids doing different thing and it is marron with a navy line half way through it and it is on pg 536 number 40, or u can go to ww.classzone.com

I have a hard drive (3.5" IDE) which has plagued me since I installed it. It's always been incredibly slow. Transferring files around it and to/from it take a very long time. I was told I might be able to speed it up by changing the jumper shunt position. So I did it. I changed the shunt to every possible position and started up the PC again. The only one that works is the CS Enabled one. Fair enough, I can't speed it up. But now there's something else. When I reconnect it with CS Enabled, the hard drive is being detected as new and unformatted. I can't use it unless I format it but I have a lot of important files on it that I really don't want to lose. Does anyone know what's wrong. Help would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, the hard drive is a Maxtor DiamondMax with 160gb.

I'm not a fashion expert, enthusiast or anything like that. But that matrix look is freaking awesome! All black, military style cargo pants, tight acrylic shirt, long trench coat, with some cool *** sunglasses, I think he even had a pair of dock martins boots.

Just super cool......Now no one else can wear it! Its like a freaking costume now, you can't take a step without people making a matrix comment or stare at you like you just came from a star trek convention...lol

How many strings of six lowercase letters from the english alphabet contain.
a) the letter a? I got an answer of 26^6 - 25^6
b) the letters a and b? I got: 26^6 - 24^6
c) the letters a & b in consecutive positions with a preceding b, with all the letters distinct? I couldn't get this one.
d) the letters a & b, where a is somewhere to the left of b in the string, with all the letters distinct? I couldn't get this one either.

Boo is a papillon puppy, and not yet fully leash trained. She pulls, which is why I don't want to use just a collar, but her harness is rubbing away the fur behind her front legs. We've had a different harness, the type make of what leashes are usually made of *i beleive the term is webbing, but i don't beleive everyone would know that* and she chewed thropugh two of those.

Are there other options for walking small dogs?

One of my teachers said that she is trying to set up a trip to the Galapagos Islands. It would cost $2500 dollars, so I'm wondering wheter I should take out a bigger loan to pay for it. I mean its a one in the life time trip, when am I going to get another chance to go there, hell how many people actually get the chance to go there? So I'm wondering should I try to get more loan money. I also plan on saving some of my summer work money and the little I have left over from work study this semester.

So what do you think, the trip she said would be about a week long?
