I know that the majority, if not all, of the US says 21 is the legal drinking age. Does the same thing apply for just being in a bar- or is it like a casino where you can hang out if you are 18, yet you cant do any of the supposed fun stuff that the 21 year olds get to do?
Would you say that varies from place-to-place? (Specifically for Virginia)

In the process of buying a house
Must exchange contracts today or the deal falls through
Mortgage company messing getting offer out to solicitor
People we are buying from must exchange today or they lose their place
If it all falls through we lose the house + job!
already had to send my wife and kids to the new area we're moving to as her job has started there (200 miles away)
Time is running out
My head is about to explode
No exchange = no house, no job, nowhere to live!
Anyone got a spare 200K they can lend me until next week?

i saw the flash right before i came to a stop at one of those camera light intersections. i know that those are for red light tickets but it seemed like it was for me but i did not pass the red light. could it possibly be for speeding.

my dog is very good when he's around me and my family. and is playful and friendly with other animals . but hates every one else ? what should i do to get him to stop being so meen to others . and be a good boy on walks. i have tryd a muzzel , halty , and day care but nothing seems to work the muzzel just makes him even more angry and he flipps out ! help us please!!!!!

Mercer seems to have been an officer who was well respected in the Army by all creeds and colours, and I am undecided about whether the man should be labelled a racist.

I think that if Mercer isn't a racist Cameron has made an error in sacking him, and if he is a racist Cameron's judgement must be called into question for giving him a front bench job in the first place.
