Ok, so I just started doing track again for the first time in five years. I used to do jumps, but our jump coach is recuping from back surgery, so I've had to do sprints so far. I realize how out of shape I am, but every day, the soreness and exhaustion builds, and the training gets harder. Today was one of our "easy" days, where we ran warmups, buildups, ran up a huge hill twice, and then lifted weights. Everything is sore and I can barely move. Plus, I am the slowest runner on our entire team. Help please! Also, just fyi, i have osgood-schlatter, or however you spell that, in my right knee.

It's been 5 years Toyota has been in F1(it does not get more advanced than F1 @ $500,000,000 budgets for a "good team", comparing NASCAR/CART team at about 5% of this)

Toytota makes a great product, and they make a lot of money. But most of what is touted in their commercials is actually licensed technologies from other companies...and the customer goes...Oh, there SO smart...

But money does NOT buy genius...

Toyota's last investment in the world toughest 24 hour race...1/4 billion dollars on their GT1 and lost...Porsche spend 60 Million on their GT1, and won their 16th 24 hour of Le Mans.

I think it's time for Toyota and Honda to stop embarrasing itself, and pull out. Honda after 7 years has had 1 victory. Go big or stay home.

this is so perplexing to me. it takes a strong, confident, loving man to love a woman this way, in a way that makes her strong and fully FEMALE and if he is disrespectful or mean he is not strong or confident OR loving. the 2 aren't the same AT ALL.

I recieved an inheritance when my dad died 4 years ago. When I was 19.Most of which was spent on purchasing a place to live.I have had a couple of jobs. Seasonal work, not engouh hours, not steady.I made very little money working. I have been making ends meet with this inheritance. The inheritance is now running out. I need better work and I want to go back to school.Where would I write in an inheritance on a fafsa form?The money is taxed.Its not income technically but it is making ends meet. How much would I write in, the amount I recieved the year the fafsa asks just 2005?Or the sum total of what is left in there( which I don't know because my aunt who is the trustee only knows) ?

ok, I get it that celebrities can basically get everything they want but it is common knowledge that she (and other underaged stars) are in these clubs...pictures are taken, sometimes with them drinking booze, so why are the clubs not getting nailed? Any other 20 year old would get the boot at the door and be denied admittance so why do they get away with it? And don't just say because they are famous.... :-)

I have long really straight hair and it has no body what so ever. if i leave my hair long, it looks oily by noon and i shower in the morning..its so frustrating and gross!! but ive always had somewhat long hair and im kind of hesitant about cutting it off. I'm thinking about either getting a body perm in my long hair to add some volume or else cutting my hair a little shorter. what do you think? any suggestions would be great! my hair now is about to my bra strap in the back...if you were to cut is short, how short would you go? thanks!
