There's nothing to be embarrassed about. Actually I recently read an article on www.msnbc.com talking about anal sex. Apparently, more and more people are entering the realm of the taboo subject of anal sex!
You are not alone - there are many men who actually like anal sex and do not identify themselves as gay. Personally, I believe that a homosexual man identifies himself as gay. Action does not simply mean that you are gay (and even if you are, there's nothing wrong with it).
I'll include the link below. It also mentions how women are opening up to anal sex as well. Just remember two things: use a lot of lube or it will hurt and be sure not to be too rough because you don't want to damage your rectum.

Sex does not make you gay. Being attracted to the same sex makes you gay.

Some people assumed the girl was on the receiving end. But one guy assumed it was you on the receiving end, concluded that you are gay. and got all preachy about it.
Your question does not reveal which way it is, but either way you're gay if only guys turn you on. I'd say that you're straight.
