I would definitely look into the Honda Civic Coupe and the Scion tC, the scion is a bit cheaper than the Civic coupe, the tC starts out at 17k and goes up when you add different options, and all in all it should be out the door less than 20k, but for the Civic Coupe, you might have to spend a bit more.

Dodge Caliber R/T but you should wait a couple of months for the SRT-4 Version.
