My daughter goes a montessori school ( Full time). but i generally bring her back by 3-4...after her nap at school. She is very good in Math. She can count till 30 and have also understood the concept of adding. I generally sit with her every day for 30 min to 1 hr to teach her some basic. She is very interested in Math. She loves to be read to her different stories. Just few days back one of my friends was saying that i am pushing her a lot. She is only 3 1/2 and need not study at all. I was trying to tell her that i am not forcing her...but she wants to do math and like to solve puzzles...so i am making it structured by sitting with her every day for 30 minutes to 1hr. But what she said is still in the back of my mind....Am i pushing her a lot. She writes 1-20 by herself( not on a trace). I don't ask her to write at all. I had read that writing skill comes only after the age fo 4...but she prefers writing. Can you please tell me if what i am doing is fine or is it too much for her.

My mum and dad are divorced and we are living with our mum.The other week my sister was talking with my dad on the phone and she hung up on him because he had arranged something without telling her,it wasnt rude or anything she wanted to be imformed before he did,she is 10.She is now saying she wont see or talk to him again!Me and my dad have the same birthday and it is on friday and she says she wont sign his card.My dad also hasnt rung since then and i dont know if he will ring on on our birthday,if he dosent,what should i do? and please tell me what to do with my sister...please.thanks

i think today politics seems to me is mainly contained with old age persons,we hardly find 8 to 10 good young people.
and irony is that youth work as party worker and they do the main work at grassroot level for political party as they r the main person who interact with common people.
now shouldn't we care for our country apart from our own career.

Is there ANYTHING better that really good sex with the wife?

I see lots of questions here on yahoo from women looking for ideas on what to get for their men or what to do for them...

I mean really, who wouldn't pass up a shop vac or mieter saw, or tickets to the game for some really hot wife sex? And it doesn't have to be in a hotel with candles and flowers, isn't your own bedroom, or your own livingroom or your own kitchen just fine.

So my question is:

instructor who was featured actually didn't appear to be in particularly good shape. Same with most of the others in the class she was teaching. In fact, they all had a bit of a, well, belly. What's up with that?

I just got my taxes done yesterday at a Jackson Hewitt office and they charged me $323. I thought it was too expensive but they told me it was high because I had W2 forms from out of state. My husband and I were living in another state for a few months. In total we had 9 W2 forms, some from Cali, most from out of state. Does this sound right to you?

My Son took his 2001 Mustang to Ford recently because it was making a clicking noise in the engine. . They tore it apart and told him the engine was shot and they would fix it for about $4000. He decided to do it himself. So rather than put the car back together Ford left it in pieces. They kept his bolts, and several other parts. He drove it in running,and had to have it towed home. He is now trying to put it together without the parts ford kept. There was no service contract written up when my son left the car He has been all over town looking for parts to put his car back together. Ford has not billed him yet but they expect payment of $114.00 for labor. What should we do?

My bf and I have been living together for almost 2 years. At the biggining everything was perfect he was always with me. We already have a 5 month baby. The problem started not too long ago, but I don't know what to do. He spends most of the time with his cousins, they always need him for everything. The days he don't work he gets out of the house to go with them since 8 or 9 am. I feel really bad and I get so angry but don't know what to do. I've already talked to him and told him I felt like he didn't want to be with us. He saud he loved me and that how could I be thinking that. But he hasn't change, he's always out of the house, I know he is at his cousins house but I feel bad he is not with us. My baby and I never go out any place we're always home. I really need advise from u women. Please help me. What should I do. Sometimes I feel like telling him to leave us alone and to go live with his cousins since he loves to be with them, but I love him and I know my baby needs him too.

I had never had Eggplant before until about a year an half ago when my mother-in-law came for a visit from Europe. I loved it!!!!!! Too bad I don't remember the recipe for the vegetable stew she used the Eggplant along with other veggies to make it (it was so good I could just become a vegitarian and eat this stew all the time!)
But I was wondering why does the Eggplant need to be salted and drained for a day or overnight...I noticed her doing this, she doesn't speak English so I had to ask my husband to translate and ask her for me. She said or who knows maybe her answer was too complicated (because it seemed like her answer was a lot longer than what he said) and my husband translated back to me and said "It gets rid of toxins" I asked what kind of toxins and he just got frustrated and left without answering....

My wife and I disagree about giving birthday cards.

My position is that if you can't be there in person for someone's birthday, then you should send a card. But if you are going to see the person on his/her birthday (and especially if you are going to give a gift), then it doesn't make sense to also hand the person a birthday card--after all, your are right there and will be saying "Happy Birthday!" and whatever else you want to add, to the person directly, which I hope would mean more than letting a card say it for you.
My wife, however, thinks that you should hand the birthday person a card in addition to a gift.
