Now when ur practicing what would u like to do 1st?
List them in orders:

1.Push ups 50 times
2.Sit ups 50 times
3.Run around the field 3 times
4.excercise like Claudia Shiffer does LOL ;)
5.Pass balls to ur team mates

i would say pass balls to teammates(5) then exercise(4) then run round field(3) then pushups(1) then finally sit ups(2)... i would do that so i wouldnt tired tired or get cramps when i run because pushups and situps are exhausting... lol
