i heard that prenantal vitamins are good to take for your hair. i have thin hair and i was wanting to take them, but is it ok to take them when you aren't pregnant. and on the bottle it says to take 2 a day. should i take that many

Prenatal vitamins are o.k. to take even-though your not pregnant.
The vitamins are good for both baby & mom.
I would follow the instructions on the bottle. :)
However, your baby fine hair has more to do with your genetics.

Yes, I have heard that any woman of childbearing age should take prenatal vitamins. Then if you do get pregnant, you don't have to run out and try to find them. Also the baby and you will be a lot healthier if there ever is a baby.

the vitamin that will help with your hair and nails is folic acid, so just take that if you want to instead of everything else.

Of curse they are. The make ur hair and nails grow. But I think one is enogh per day.
