Omega 3's and evening primrose oil are both great for trying to conceive. EPO helps women to produce more fertile quality cervical fluid which helps the sperm to reach the egg and also helps it to live for several days in the fallopian tube before ovulation. Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids are great for the body overall and are considered helpful to promote pregnancy. I've never heard of any relationship between cinnamon and fertility but I can't imagine it would be harmful--not sure why you would be taking it.

You definitely NEED to continue the FISH OIL! Fish oil is great stuff, and it will do great things for you and your baby. Continue taking fish oil while trying to conceive, and then still continue to take it all through your pregnancy!!

Also, cinnamon is good, keep taking that!

STOP taking the evening primrose!! Evening primrose can cause you to have a miscarriage!

If you look up "herbal abortion" on the internet, you'll find that evening primrose, black cohosh, and dong quai can cause a miscarriage..so stay away from those meds if you *want* to have a baby.

Cheers

I know, I know, at my age I should stay out of the TTC category, but I just can't help myself. I suggest sprinkling the cinnamon on the fish and frying it in a little primrose oil. Yummy!
