My last violation just said I had violated the Community Guidelines. It did not specify which one I alledgely violated. I find that really annoying. If I get a violation, I want to know specifically what I supposedly violated!

The dietition said it is important to balance every one of my meals.
For breakfast I included everything from the food pyrimid,except for the vegetables group. The dietitian mentioned that people usually don't eat vegetables for breakfast so it was okay as long as i included vegetables in my other meals.

Today's Breakfast: 2 Slices of wheat bread topped with cinamin and syrup-grain group
1 egg scrambled-meat group
Kellog cereal 3/4 a cup with raisins-grain group/fruit group
Apple-fruit group
So For lunch i plan to have a tuna sandwhich with lettuce onion and well i'm out of tomatos so just lettuce and onion- Grain group, Bit of vegetable group and meat/protein group
I plan to include a fruit too but i still need more vegetables... does anyone have an idea on how to balance my meals.


I'm recovering from an eating disorder and welll, now i feel good when i eat but i only worry about balancing. also how many cups of vegies am i supposed to be eating i'm 15 years old girl tn

I have this pain deep inside my ear. I have had this for about 6 months now. It doesnt feel like an ear ache, when this first started happening I was told it was because I slept on my ear wrong, well I cant even lay on my ear now and it still hurts when I put any kind of pressure on my ear. I dont think its ear wax build up cause when I clean my ear there is nothing in there. This is getting frusterating especially cause its my right ear and thats the side I sleep on but I cant cause it hurts! Please help!

I'm in my 40's, married a long time, happily mostly, and now divorced. I dated a few women, and slept with them, following the divorce. Then I met a guy, and, he asked to sleep with me, and, I did. He is quite nice, sophisticated, masculine, and, I did not realize he was gay until he asked to sleep with me. I loved the sex with him, really loved it. I sent normal sized and weighted envelope (39cent stamp) through regular mail (dropped it off at a mail box on my street) on Sunday Febuary 25th. It is going from LA to Houston. It has not yet arrived.

a friend of ours is gay,we know he is.but he keeps denying it.we know hes gay because even though he is forcing himself to date girls hes not happy and does not do anything,not even kiss them.
one of us seriously fancy him,and he allows to be kissed and always returns the kisses.but he claims he hates gays and hes not a queer(his own words).
