Eat as many cups of veggies as you want. Baby carrots, celery with peanut butter, cut up red pepper and hummus, salads, green beans, snow peas, etc all make good snacks and sides throughout the day.

As long as the veggies don't have a lot of sauces or other additives, you should enjoy as many servings as you find throughout your day.

you can also use lettuce leaves in place of the bread in a tuns sandwich. wrap bites of tuns salad in the lettuce and enjoy. super crunchy and delish.

you could also toss some veggies in your eggs at breakfast and make an omlet. broccoli, tomato, spinach, corn, onion, etc.

good luck! congrats on taking care of yourself!!

Hi try V-8, regular. (mostly b/c the low sodium kind is gross) but I find it good & low fat plus you get more vegatables without the feeling of having to "eat" them.
