Sketch the families of level curves of the component functions u and v when

f(z) = (z-1) / (z+1)

Now I dont need anyone to sketch a graph because I see how that would be tricky on the keyboard - but I know that

z=x+iy and if you put those values in, I can see perhaps that if I complete the square I can represent the Real and Im parts of the level curves as circles - I am only making an educated guess, I am really stuck, I've tried a bunch of working out with completing the square but can't get it

I know the answer is 2 orthogonal familes of circles with different centres - thats my other question, how would I find the centers??

Thanks :)

Okay, you guys. I was homeschooled this year, but something went wrong with the internet program I was using to do my homeschooling and I wasn't able to complete the rest of the year since the program no longer worked.

One of my subjects was Bible Study, which I absolutely hated because it made me doubt God, so my mom just said not to do Bible, before the program broke, which made be drastically unknown to this subject.

So, we're doing final testing for the school year and they sent me the letter saying they'll be doing a Bible Pretest before the casual subjects (As in Math, Language, ect.).

I have never read the bible, and I'm jewish, whist I was homeschooled through the Christian acadomy we have here.

I have no clue what the questions will be since I don't know squat about religion and absolutely hate it!

What kind of questions do you think will be on there that I should think over and such?

P.S. I'm in 8th grade. :[

Thanks a lot for any advice that can be spared!!

The finance minister is fond of increasing the direct and indirect tax burden on the common man. This is because he is not accountable for the wasteful squandering of tax payers money by government agencies.
The quattaocchi case has been on for almost 16 years now. The CBI has been entrusted with the responsibility of destroying evidence, suppress facts and enjoy picnic in the name of Quattarocchi. The present picnic spot is Argentina.
I wish to know the total amount spent by the CBI so far, on varoius Quattarocchi investigations and why ultimately there is no charge against the culprit as claimed by him?

I have read many websites and magazines and they all give out conflicting advice on what to take to hospital and the lists seem to be endless! What did you take in your hospital bag? Please let me know what you used and what was a waste of time! It would really help if you could let me know quantities of things you used ie, did you take 5 baby vests and use 1 LOL

I am 32 weeks pregnant and thinking of packing just in case, how many weeks would you recommend to be to pack your bag, am I doing it to early??

My husband & I have been married for 7 years and been together for 11 years. There has never been any animosity between us. We are expecting our first child this year and their first Grandchild and we expected them to shower us with offers of buying cot/pram/pushchair etc etc. Everything you need for a new born. Anyway, they haven't and we think they should have at least offered some help. They are not short of money and neither are we but we just expected some financial help.
My husband is an only child so its not like they have had to fork out for any other siblings.
Do you think we should just come out and ask them outright??

I am 33 weeks pregnant and still at work. My husband and I have made the decision for me to be a stay-at-home mom after the baby is born. We are financially stable enough to live off of his income alone, but I would like to make some extra money from home. Please let me know only if you have successfully done this yourself. I don't want to be involved in any type of scams.

Two blokes are pushing their shopping trolleys around a supermarket when
they collide.

The first bloke says to the second bloke, "Sorry about that. I'm
looking for my wife, and I guess I wasn't paying attention to where I
was going".

The second bloke says, "That's OK. It's a coincidence. I'm looking for
my wife, too. I can't find her and I'm getting a little desperate".

The first bloke says, "Well, maybe we can help each other. What does
your wife look like"?

The second bloke says, "Well, she is 27 yrs old, 5 feet 11 inches tall,
with blonde hair, blue eyes, big jubblies, long legs and is wearing tiny
little shorts and a crop top.

What does your wife look like"?

The first bloke says, "Doesn't matter, let's look for yours."
