We also can look at lots of other examples in recent history, but these are the Major points. Now look at Media: In WW II it took atleast a couple of days to reach US public. I am being tested with lab work by internal medicine doctor, just had lab yesterday. Going there just for the all morning by time I got back home I was so worn out I had to go to sleep, got up did some work around house then went back to sleep and just have no energy at all. I take Provigil just to keep me awake and going during the daytime. I also take thyroid medicine and blood pressure med...I dread my overseas flight this year because of this fatigue. Any suggestions?
I work for a doctor and we work late 6 or 7 evenings from 8 in morning and has been really stressful lately. No pain, bp is up some....I have systolic hypertension but thats not new...
Normally I can go and go but this fatigue is getting to me.

My boyfriend of 3years is thh best thing thats ever happened to me - we work together and always want to spend time together, and considering we spend so much time together we don't argue much! He works really hard all day and i get jome from work before him so i always make sure that his teas ready and i've walked and fed the dogs and a bath ready for him - he appreciates this and i love doing it for him! We talk about our future all the time, marriage, children, weve lived together for 2years over. I just would like a bit more attention sometimes - cuddles - kissing - sex is great and often, i hate to keep on asking him becasue he is always tired in the evenings i just want a good snog now and again were both in our early 20's - any advice? lol

Larry is getting along in years, and finds that he is
unable to perform sexually. He finally goes to his
doctor who tries a few things, but nothing seems to
work. So the doctor refers him to an American Indian
medicine man.
The medicine man says, "I can cure this." That said,
he throws a white powder in a flame, and there is a
flash with billowing blue smoke.

Then he says, "This is powerful medicine. You can only
use it once a year. All you have to do is say, '123,'
and it shall rise for as long as you wish!"
The guy then asks, "What happens when it's over, and I
don't want to continue?"

The medicine man replies: "All you or your partner
has to do, is say is 1234, and it will go down. But
be warned - it will not work again for another year."

Harry rushes home, eager to try out his new powers and
prowess.

That night he is ready to surprise Joyce. He showers,
shaves, and puts on his most exotic after-shave
lotion. He gets into bed, and lying next to her says,
"123." He suddenly becomes more aroused than any time
in his life - just as the medicine man had promised.

Joyce, who had been facing away, turns over and asks,
"What did you say 123 for?"
