In order to maintain weight loss, a feeling of being full, lower my cholesterol, get calcium, fiber, and potassium, I eat oatmeal, with 2% milk, sugar free Blue Bunny yogurt,(has 3 fat and 5 carbs) and 2 tablespoons wheatgerm. The yogurt and wheatgerm also have protein. Wheatgerm is really crunchy and high in nutrients. I am not a vegetarian either. I like steak and all that stuff too.
