Hey!!

If you want to become more slim then I recommend following a healthy Diet and doing some regular exercise!! To be sexy you have to be confident with your body, if your curvy or slim, I wouldn;t worry about being slim too much, in my experience with boys they like curves on a girl, I am slim and I woudl love gorgeous curves!! Just be confident with your body and thats sexy!! Good Luck Babe!! xxx

You did not say anything about your age and sex. However assuming a 20 year old lady let me suggest you as follows.
Good eating habit, exercises, systematic and moral life will help you to become slim and sexy.
More than slim and sexy appearance good health is important. Also steady and continues exercises is impotent.

Eat proper diet,avoid junk foods,softdrinks or cold drinks.Exercise regularly specially after dinner you should walk at least 30 mins or an hr.specially if you dont have enough sex.
Yoga will be very helpful for you,jus buy a DVD if you have no time for gym during day time,of course,wear your smile make you more sexy ;-).

Eat the right foods, exercise and take care of yourself. Sexiness is only defined by how you feel about yourself not what others see. Do what makes you feel sexy and that will come across to others.

eat more nutritous foods(and maybe less),
get lots of exercise, cut out all beverages except water and tea, keep your abs tight 24/7, keep track of calories and fat intake.
