Our combined AGI is less than 160K and we both contribute the maximum of 14% to our respective company's 401K plan. I will be 50 this year and my wife is 40. What amounts, if any, can we contribute to additional tax-advantaged accounts? Also, do our employers have to accept catch-up payments to their 401K plans?

I need a really good 5 day plan to get my body in shape. I am 5'1 and I weigh 150 pounds, I wear a 40D and a size 13 in jeans and I fit large shirts. My love handles are horrible, I have a big butt, BUT I need a major lift because its just big and all out of shape with cottage cheese!
Right now Im only eating 1200 calories a day which thats a healthy intake, because 1,000 is way too little. Yesterday I walked for 2 hours. Now I'm going to start running, anyways these are the goals I need tips with....
1) I want to have a pretty back that has a curve in it right b4 it gets to my @ss
2) I want my booty to sit high up like J-lo and Beyonce
3) I want to keep my curves SO DO NOT SUGGEST STARVING MYSELF I only want to weigh 130
4) I want to be able to lift 75% of my body weight so I can climb up a pole
5) I want a shape 8 figure and I want my curves to be toned and precised
6) I want niccas heads to be turning like damn she got a fine *** body!

The U.S. mainstream print and television media have done everything in their power to black out, ignore and silence the important revelations about 9/11. There has been no in-depth reporting, just mindless and uncritical parroting of the Bush Administration's press releases. NBC, ABC, FOX, MSNBC, CNN, Time, Newsweek, the NYT, etc., have done a tremendous disservice to the American people by not reporting on this crime. They have been complicit in helping those responsible get away with it, and worse, have helped them use it to their advantage. No matter what happens, no matter what the outcome of all of this, we should never forgive them for willfully keeping us in ignorance for the last five years.

ok, I was wondering about the laws of divorce in PA. My bf is married but has been seperated for 6 months. His ex left him for someone else and is now pregnant. She left him with all their debt and we are paying it. the agreement was that he will aquire all the debt is she signs off on the house. she agreed. But do to him paying all the bills he cant afford a lawyer but she keeps saying she has one. it has been 6 months and still no papers. I was wondering how long it takes once u see a lawyer to send up and draw up papers for a divorce.?? Plus what steps can he take to speed this up. He wants a no default. What is the best approach? they also have 2 kids together. Well one is his the other she had before him. He wanted custody. what can he do there also?

Am I married to a very selfish person or am I just over reacting? In 1999 my wife and I seperated for about 2 years after being togather for 16 years because she had met someone else. I love my kids ( 6ys & 7yrs) so much I just bought a house across the street. We got back togather and her and the kids moved back in with me. She sold the house and kept every penny. I have owned my own biz for 15 years and it has done very well untill recentlly. My wife makes $24.00 per hr and I now am looking for a job for the first time in 15 yrs. My wife is un-willing to help pay the bills and I am going to be behind on my morgage. She has 95k in the bank from the sale from our last house. I am starting to resent her very much and am envious of other couples that work as a team and seem truly in love and thinks about their spouse and family more than just themselfs. Should I search for what I'm missing or should I stay because of my kids who are now 11 &12.

According to the 14th amendment ....
"The following persons born in the United States are explicitly citizens:

Children born to US citizens;
Children born to aliens who are lawfully inside the United States (resident or visitor), with the intention of amicably interacting with its people and obeying its laws. "

This means any child born to an illegal is not a citizen..because the parents are not here lawfully.

To you, what is the differnce between religion and relationship? If you are a Lutheran, catholic, Baptist, ect. shouldn't we all have a personal relationship? Using our faith and stepping out to share Gods love no matter what our religious affiliation is? I don't think one religion is better than another and am tired of hearing this. If we are christians and believe in the same Father, Son and Holy spirit, we should work together as Gods children in our development of stronger relationships, in helping unbelievers to know what we mean by relationship.

I obtained this condition above my left ankle about a couple of years ago playing soccer. It really hasn't gone away; when I poke at that area, it feels like a fresh painful bruise. I'm able to run and move around since the injury is above where my sneaker tops off.

Hey, I started dating this girl about 5 months ago. I fell in love with her and she wouldn't give me the time of day. But I kept trying and we fell very much in love.
